Expert: liberated territories must be resettled

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku has repeatedly accused Nagorno Karabakh authorities of resettling the liberated territories, Armenian political scientist said.

“Meanwhile, Azerbaijan continues resettling its citizens in northern part of Shahumyan,” Narek Galstyan said, adding that the statement NKR Foreign Ministry issued in response to Azeri allegations denied having pursued organized resettlement policy.

“By using the word “organized” in its response, Artsakh positioned itself as the guilty side. The liberated territories must be resettled,” the expert said, stressing the need to encourage birthrate increase there.
