In this context, he noted that Turkey is concerned over possible establishment of a new Kurdish autonomy within its borders. Mr. Manoyan further stressed Syria’s political future, as well as unforeseen “Kurdish spring” as Turkey’s priority concerns. “Ankara seeks to ‘play first fiddle’ in Syria, with Turkey failing to assume the role during “Arab Spring” in Egypt and Libya,” he said.
