4-magnitude earthquake hits Armenia![]() August 11, 2012 - 17:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Maximum of 4-magnitude earthquake struck Armenia on August 11, 4:15 p.m. local time, RA Ministry of Emergency Situations crisis management center reports. Tremors were recorded in 151 km south-west to Yerevan, 60 km to Turkish city of Van. The epicenter was located in Iran’s Ahar city. The quake hit at 67 km depth and made 9 points in the epicenter. There are no immediate reports of casualties.
