  Paper says ex-FM Oskanian unaware of details on his case August 17, 2012 - 15:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, National Security Service has suspended Armenian ex-foreign minister, Prosperous Armenia parliamentary group member Vartan Oskanian’s case. The institution neither summoned anyone for interrogation, nor took any steps for a month.
