Armenian chess players to participate in Botvinnik Memorial

PanARMENIAN.Net - From August 25-September 2, Armenian grandmasters Robert Hovhannisyan, Zaven Andriasian and Avetik Grigoryan will participate in Botvinnik Memorial in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Varuzhan Akobian scored 6,5 out of 9 to come 3rd in Los Angeles Open.

Meanwhile, with 7,5 points Krikor-Sevag Mekhitarian shared 2-4 places at the chess open in Maringa, Brazil. He came 3rd by additional results.
