  Aleppo’s Armenian-inhabited district under govt. forces’ control August 22, 2012 - 11:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Syria rebels-seized district, with Armenian National Prelacy located nearly, passed under the control of government forces today, Aug. 22. Syrian rebels claimed Aug. 20 to be heading to Aleppo’s Azize, Jamilie, Midan districts, having asked the local Christian population to offer assistance to Free Syrian Army in their mission. Aleppo’s several districts, including an Armenian one, was further reported to have been seized by the rebels.
