  Weekly digest of foreign currency deals August 24, 2012 - 17:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - USD 71,612,845 was bought at an average price of AMD 409.92 /USD 1 and USD 92,747,602 sold at an average price of AMD 410.97 /USD 1 at the Armenian foreign currency market on August 20-24. Deals amounting to USD 8,650,000 at an average price of 409.91 /USD 1 were concluded at NASDAQ OMX Armenia during the reporting period. From August 13-19, AMD loans granted by banks totaled 27.9 bln, while USD loans amounted to 42.7 mln, the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia reported.
