Paper: Armenian PM encourages officials not having served in the army?

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Khachik Hakobyan as Deputy Minister of Nature Protection. However, the official having graduated from Armenian State Agrarian University didn’t undergo military service.

Thus, army service is no longer viewed as a criterion for taking over a post in ministries. The fact seems to be encouraged by Tigran Sargsyan, the paper says.
