Apple confirms Sept 12 special event, hints at iPhone 5 release September 4, 2012 - 20:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Confirming the rumor that originated with iMore, Apple has announced that it will hold an event on September 12 in San Francisco, California. According to the invitation, the event will be held at 10:00 am PT at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, IntoMobile reports. As usual, no details about the event are provided in the invite, but the image does contain an oversized five, a possible hint that Apple’s next iPhone may be called the iPhone 5.
