Armenia to face Iran in World Chess Olympiad Women tournament round 9

PanARMENIAN.Net - 9th round pairings of Istanbul-hosted World Chess Olympiad have been announced with Armenian women’s team to face off against Iran.

The board pairings were named as follows: Elina Danielian-Atousa Pourkashiyan, Lilit Mkrtchian-Sarasadat Khademalsharieh, Lilit Galojan-Ghazal Hakimifard, Maria Kursova- Shayesteh Ghaderpour.

After the 8th round, Armenian team has gained 12 points to be placed 10th, while Iran is 17th.
