  Raffi Hovannisian gives up parliament seat September 10, 2012 - 14:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian submitted an application to give up his seat in parliament, Armenian National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamyan said during a sitting. According to parliamentary regulations, the application will be accepted in 15 days upon its submittal unless the MP recalls it. Tevan Poghosyan, Masis Ayvazyan and Stepan Safaryan were placed 6-8th in Heritage candidates list.
