Luxembourg urges Turkey to ratify rapprochement Protocols with Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn addressed Turkey with a request to ratify the signed Armenia-Turkey Protocols.

As Mr. Asselborn stated at joint news conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, “While in active talks with Turkey, Luxembourg is expressing European Union’s position on the issue.”

Ms. Asselborn also shared impressions after the visit to Genocide Museum. “I was very touched. Seems like I still see a picture of a mother holding two of her children, one of them already dead. I hope we’ll have enough courage to tell the truth about Genocide to future generations and prevent recurrence of such atrocities,” he stressed.
