Islamic protesters gather at U.S. embassy in Tel Aviv

PanARMENIAN.Net - Around 50 people staged a demonstration and flew flags of the Islamic Movement in Israel outside the U.S. embassy in Tel Aviv Thursday, Sept 13, against an apparently-U.S. produced film that depicts the Prophet Muhammed in a negative light, The Jerusalem Post reported.

Protesters said they came from across the country to express their anger at the YouTube clip, which they said disrespected the prophet.

There was a small police presence at the embassy but no clashes or disturbances took place.
