Adele records soundtrack for “Skyfall” James Bond flick - report![]() September 13, 2012 - 20:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Has Adele been officially chosen to record a theme song for the latest James Bond movie "Skyfall"? The latest report suggested that the "Someone Like You" hitmaker was "definitely the front-runner" for to lend her voice to closing credit of the 23rd James Bond movie, AceShowbiz said. According to The Sun, earlier this September, the pregnant British singer was spotted visiting Abbey Road Studios, where she was allegedly recording a song for the Sam Mendes-directed spy movie. It has been known that the legendary Abbey Road Studios is the same place where composer Thomas Newman is currently working to score the latest Bond movie. Adele's visit to the Westminster recording facilities soon sparked speculation that she's indeed doing a studio session with the composer. Representatives for both Adele and James Bond production team haven't said anything to clarify the swirling report. The Grammy-winning singer herself hinted in 2011 that she'd been offered to do soundtrack for "Skyfall" during a chat on "The Jonathan Ross Show". Shortly after that, she reportedly started preliminary sessions with producer Paul Epworth. "Skyfall" itself will hit the U.S. cinemas on November 9.
