Baku blacklists foreign astronauts over Karabakh visit![]() September 18, 2012 - 21:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan plans to blacklist more of those who’ve visited the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. Baku will announce astronauts Charles Moss Duke (U.S) and Claude Nicollier (Switzerland) as personae non grate for visiting an Artsakh-hosted “Man & Space” scientific conference and meeting NKR President Bako Sahakyan. Glenn Hughes, an English rock bassist and vocalist, best known for playing bass and performing vocals in Deep Purple, Black Country Communion, Black Sabbath, Phenomena bands was also reported to have been added to Azeri black list for recently performing in NKR capital Stepanakert.
