7% of money transfers from Russia sent to Armenia![]() September 19, 2012 - 15:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The volume of money transfers from Russia has much exceeded the sums transferred to the country, with migrants responsible for the majority of sums sent, RBC daily said. In 2011, Russia posted migration inflow of 320,1 thous. In Q 1-3, 2011, the following countries receiving sums from Russia made it to the Top 10: Uzbekistan (25%), Tajikistan (17%), Ukraine (13%), Kirghizia (9%), Armenia (7%), Moldavia (6%), Azerbaijan (6%), Georgia (4%), China (4%), Kazakhstan (2%). A share of transfers to other countries grossed 7%, with a minimal transfer amount to Belarus of $287. According to AnalyticResearchGroup, the highest transfer tariffs were offered by KIBERDENGI system (262 rubles for a transfer of 5 000 rubles); Zolotaya Korona offered the lowest tariffs (50 rubles for the same amount.)
