Only Russia, Byelorussia to help Armenia in case of attack - Karabakh war hero

PanARMENIAN.Net - Should new hostilities break out, Russia and Byelorussia will be the only CSTO countries to actually help Armenia, Karabakh war hero, Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan said.

As he further noted, “no state can provide its safety on its own.”

Commenting on recently completed CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Force Interaction-2012 drills in Armenia, Ter-Tadevosyan noted, “the exercises were crucial to Armenia in the sense that for the first time ever, theoretical actions were replaced by practical ones.”

“The drills proved that CSTO has finally become active, with Armenia’s regional presence increasing,” he concluded.
