  Foreign Ministry refrains to comment on FM’s refusal to meet Azeri counterpart September 20, 2012 - 19:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Azeri media report, citing “French diplomatic source”, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian refused to meet his Azeri counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov in New York on the sidelines of UN General Assembly, as earlier agreed. Instead, the Armenian official met with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the “source” said. Armenian Foreign Ministry refused to comment on the report above, noting that the information on Nalbandian’s New York visit will be provided later.
