VivaCell lowers roaming tariffs for Artsakh October 1, 2012 - 11:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has lowered the cost of roaming calls from Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic to Armenia. Now the calls are operated for AMD 45 per minute instead of the previous AMD 140. The calls inside Artsakh can be made for AMD 45 instead of the previous AMD 80.
