  Heritage leader to announce plans for presidential race by late October October 1, 2012 - 19:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannissian said he will decide on running for president by the end of October. “If a person, who will be able to gain public trust and restore the rule of law, announces about his plans to run for president by the end of October, I will endorse him,” Mr. Hovannissian said, adding that the country needs new reliable candidates. He further stressed the need for political and public consolidation ahead of 2013 presidential race.
