This is not conditioned, however, by the party’s decision to boycott the NA four-day session, the daily says. Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan neither attends the NA meetings nor appears in his study. Moreover, he has never attended the parliament since its fifth convocation launched its work, the daily says. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
