Azerbaijan lacks potential for new war in Karabakh - expert![]() October 10, 2012 - 16:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Military expert David Jamalyan is skeptical over a possibility for a new war in Nagorno Karabakh in near future. “Given its current potential, Azerbaijan won’t be able to claim a fast and easy victory, which leads me to believe a threat of a war in near future is not feasible,” the expert said. Jamalyan ruled out the possibility of a war, even in case Armenian forces were to retaliate for Azeri threats to shoot down Stepanakert-bound civil planes.
