Oskanian told Tsarukyan he is offended by Prosperous Armenia MPs’ lukewarm attitude when the prosecutor presented his demands at the National Assembly. “I mustn’t pin hopes on anyone, but myself,” the ex-minister said, thus conveying former president Robert Kocharian’s position to Prosperous Armenia members, the paper says.
