Paper: Armenian-Russian working group to address migration issues![]() October 16, 2012 - 11:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, a joint Armenian-Russian working group will soon be set up to address the problems related to the implementation of Moscow’s “Compatriots” migration program in the Republic of Armenia. The paper’s sources say the composition and authority of the group will be defined in the near future. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
