Armenian-Russian humanitarian center formation deal inked in Moscow

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan met with his Russian counterpart Nikolai Patrushev in Moscow on Tuesday, Oct 16.

A one-on-one conversation between the officials was followed by a meeting of the representatives of the Armenian and Russian Security Councils.

The parties exchanged views on the situation in CSTO zone of responsibility, as well as regional and international security issues, with a protocol signed on agreements reached.

A meeting with Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov was also on Baghdasaryan’s agenda.

During the meeting, the parties signed a protocol envisaging formation of a joint humanitarian center in Armenia.
