HTC unveils 5-inch J Butterfly phone in Japan

PanARMENIAN.Net - HTC unveiled their latest device; a mobile phone touting a 5-inch, 1080p display, something which is completely unmatched in the market so far, Neowin reports.

The device - named the J Butterfly - is a follow up to the previously released HTC J and features a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel camera. It also has a microSDHC expansion, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 (LE), NFC, LTE and CDMA/GSM/UMTS/GPRS radios.

The bad news is that HTC says the J Butterfly isn't coming to anywhere outside of Japan, but, pixel enthusiasts will be able to pick up a device "soon" that features the same panel, the report says.
