Asked by the paper’s reporter, whether Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan will attend the session or not, the latter’s spokesperson said, “I can’t give specified notification now.” “Prosperous Armenia is currently conducting a thorough analysis of 2013 draft budget.
