Iranian official says Armenia good market for East Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran is boosting cooperation with Armenia after signing the new agreements, Director-General of East Azerbaijan province Department of Agriculture Jihad said.

During a meeting with the head of Armenia’s Armavir province Innovation Center Aram Vardanyan, Massoud Mohammadian characterized Armenia as a good market for his province.

According to him, the exchange of different expert groups especially in the field of agriculture and natural resources will positively affect Armenian-Iranian ties, Fars News Agency reported.

Iran’s East Azerbaijan province and Armavir province earlier signed an agreement on purchase of anti-hail stations.
