NKR, Armenian presidents observe Artsakh-hosted military drillsOctober 23, 2012 - 20:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 23, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan observed military exercises of the NKR Defense Army held in the eastern part of Artsakh. Following the drills, the Presidents granted awards to servicemen who distinguished themselves during the exercises. Later, Armenia and Artsakh leaders attended the opening of the new barracks in one of the military units. On the same day the Presidents partook in NKR defense ministry-hosted consultation summarizing the results of military exercises, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
