Armenian peacekeepers assume responsibility for Kosovo camp

PanARMENIAN.Net - The servicemen of the Ukrainian contingent in Kosovo have passed their responsibility for the security of the Notting Hill camp in northern Kosovo to the Armenian peacekeepers, the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said, according to KyivPost.

The ceremony of the national flags replacement on the camp’s flagpole took place in presence of the commanders of the national contingents, Lieutenants Colonel Illia Fedorenko and Tigran Sahakyan.

In addition, the Ukrainian peacekeepers transferred to the U.S. peacekeepers the responsibility for the security of the Mount Goles communications center, which is located near Pristina.
