Expert: Abkhazian railway restoration essential to region

PanARMENIAN.Net - Abkhazian railway restoration will positively affect Armenia, Caucasus Institute Deputy Director said.

“The railway will play a significant political and economic role for the region,” Sergey Minasyan told a press conference.

Georgian State Minister for Reintegration Paata Zakareishvili earlier noted Tbilisi’s readiness to restore railway communication with Russia.
