Uruguay’s Chamber of Representatives head to visit Armenia

President of Uruguay’s Chamber of Representatives Jorge Orrico will pay an official visit to Armenia on Nov 12.

Meetings with Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, MPs, Armenia-Uruguay parliamentary friendship group members are on Orrico’s agenda.

The Uruguayan official is also expected to deliver a speech at Armenian National Assembly, to be followed by a meeting with Yerevan State University students and teaching staff.

The delegation headed by Mr. Orrico will further visit Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, parliamentary press service reported.
