Expert: opposition may nominate common presidential candidate

PanARMENIAN.Net - Political expert Yervand Bozoyan doesn’t rule out that the opposition may come up with a common presidential candidate at February elections.

As he told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Prosperous Armenia has already held meetings with Armenian National congress (ANC) and ARF Dashnaktsutyun.

“The consultations may result in development of a common platform,” he said, deeming opposition’s nomination of a unified candidate possible.

Prosperous Armenia held a political consultation today, November 12 with Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc.

“Negotiations will be continued based on the common ground between the two political forces,” Prosperous Armenia member Vartan Oskanian said.
