President: Karabakh deal inviable unless based on acceptable principles

PanARMENIAN.Net - A peace deal on Nagorno Karabakh is impossible without coordination of basic principles of conflict settlement, Armenian President said.

“Baku refuses to accept international mediators’ proposals, believing peace deal can be achieved without reaching agreement on basic principles,” Serzh Sargsyan said in an interview with Le Figaro French daily.

According to the Armenian leader, peace deal can’t be viable without a firm basis of multilaterally accepted principles.
