PACE chief hopes for rapid solution to Karabakh conflict![]() November 14, 2012 - 14:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Jean-Claude Mignon met with the heads of Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations in Paris. The parties exchanged views on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and regional situation, with PACE chief expressing hope for rapid solution to the conflict through the OSCE Minsk Group’s mediatory efforts. In conclusion, Mr. Mignon underscored the importance of similar meetings for the conflict settlement.
