Danielian drops out of Women’s World Chess Championship

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Elina Danielian lost 0,5:1,5 to India’s Harika Dronavalli in Women’s World Chess Championship round 2, game 2.

In line with the knockout tournament rules, the losing player drops out of the championship.

The outcome of Lilit Mkrtchian vs Russia’s Nadezhda Kosintseva game will be decided after the Nov 16 tie break.
