Paper says Armenian parliament speaker still on vacation

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak paper, Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan didn’t attend the Nov 21 National Assembly meeting. He was reported to be still on vacation.

Though Abrahamyan was absent, he was regularly briefed on the meeting ongoing in the National Assembly.

Moreover, the National Assembly speaker was due to depart for Saint Petersburg at 4 pm to attend CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly meeting, the paper says.
