 Democratic Party pledges support to Sargsyan if he takes ‘true steps’ November 23, 2012 - 14:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Democratic Party of Armenia will back the current president if he offers true solutions to the country’s problems, the party leader said. “Armenia’s fourth president shouldn’t be the reproduction of the current system,” Aram Sargsyan told a press conference, voicing no hope for fair elections. Heritage party board deputy-chairman Armen Martirosyan, in turn, stressed the need for the opposition to continue the struggle under any circumstances. “Heritage leader Raffi Hovannissian’s nomination is one way of struggle,” he said.
