Paper: new director of Khosrov Reserve parliament speaker's protégé?![]() November 27, 2012 - 13:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhamanak daily, Gabriel Poghosyan, nicknamed Nono was appointed to the vacant seat of Khosrov Reserve director. A university education being among the main requirements for candidates to the position, Poghosyan, a high-school graduate, was the one picked for the post through support of parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, the paper said. Poghosyan was said to be a close friend of Abrahamyan and his brother, who promoted his membership in Artashat City Council. Partner news Earlier, ArmRosgasprom CJSC addressed Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission with an offer to reconsider natural gas price. Armenian defense ministry’s spokesman described the maneuvers as ordinary exercises conducted several times a year.
