Azerbaijani citizen Telman Javashiroglu Aliyev, born in 1972, infiltrated Armenia’s Tavush province on November 12. Later Baku dubbed him a deaf and dumb herdsman, who went missing in the Azerbaijani-Armenian border when grazing the cattle. However, during his transfer to Azeri side, the “deaf and dumb” herdsman had a rather long conversation with the representatives of International Committee of the Red Cross, whom he met with a smile, a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter on the ground said.
