  NKR president, Karabakh Telecom chief discuss communication sector December 1, 2012 - 15:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with Karabakh Telecom CJSC Director General Ralph Yirikian on Saturday, December 1 to discuss development of communication sector in NKR. At the meeting, NKR leader welcomed a drop in Karabakh Telecom tariffs for communication services as an economically important step. A number of humanitarian programs implemented in the Republic were also discussed, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
