  Armenian Foreign Minister to depart for Turkmenistan December 3, 2012 - 13:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will depart for Turkmenistan to attend CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting due Dec 4 in Ashgabat. Earlier on November 29, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and his Turkmen counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow singed agreements on cooperation in scientific and technical sectors, agriculture and seismic protection.
