Ethnic Armenian Sergeant killed in Lebanese shoot-out

PanARMENIAN.Net - An ethnic Armenian, Sergeant Samson Antranikian was killed while chasing a repeated criminal Hassan Ahmed Gharib in the town of Jounieh, north of Beirut.

The criminal was injured and detained in the ensuing intelligence patrol shooting.

Antranikian is survived by his wife and a child, Aztag daily said.
