Armenian parliament speaker to depart for Moscow

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan will pay a working visit to Moscow at the invitation of State Duma chairman Sergei Naryshkin.

He will deliver a speech at an international conference titled “Present-day parliamentarism and future of democracy” on December 10, parliamentary press service reported.
