Armen Aghayan noted former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian and Kocharian’s own resources as options to facilitate the ex-leader’s return, besides the option of Prosperous Armenia leader. The expert further deemed former president’s full comeback possible in 2017-2018. “It’s difficult to reveal Kocharian’s plans,” he said.
