RPA congress kicks off in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - The 14th congress of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) kicked off in Yerevan Dec 15.

Representative of the United Russia party, professor Arthur Chilingarov read out the address of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who described the congress as “a significant event for the future of the country and Armenian-Russian relations.”

“I am confident that the inter-party dialogue will contribute to the development of cooperation between Armenia and Russia,” Mr. Medvedev said.
