Armenia, Iran ink 5-year lease agriculture agreement![]() December 20, 2012 - 14:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran and Armenia will sign a new agricultureagreement during RA Syunik province governor’s visit to Iran’s East Azerbaijan Province, Director-General of East Azerbaijan province Department of Agriculture Jihad said. “Under the new agreement, Syunik province will for five years let on lease pasture for five thous. heads of cattle from East Azerbaijan province,” Massoud Mohammadian said. “Armenia will get agricultural equipment in exchange,” he said, voicing Iran’s plans to construct a meat-packing plant and feed materials production Center in Armenia, İRNA reported. Partner news Tigran Sargsyan noted that the new plant will be constructed after the current one is finally out of operation. IFC invested $244 million in 40 projects across a range of sectors, including financial markets, manufacturing, and mining. Armenian Prime Minister addressed a letter to Public Services Regulatory Commission over the reconsideration of gas prices.
