The Gradiente iphone Neo One features a single core 700MHz processor, a 3.7-inch 480 x 320 display and comes running Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Other features include dual-SIM support and a 5-megapixel camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing snapper for video calling. Apple does not own the rights to the term 'iphone' in Brazil, a phrase which Gradiente is said to have secured in 2008. However, the Cupertino firm is expected to consult with its lawyers over the release. The South American company applied for the rights to the name 'IPHONE' back in 2000, a term Apple now claims ownership of in Brazil, Digital Spy reported citing Reuters.
