International master Mher Hovhannisyan is 13th with 2,5 points; Vahe Baghdasaryan is 23rd with 2 points; Mark Basenchyan has 1 point to come 68th. Groningen Chess Festival, with a prize fund of Euro 6000, launched December 21 to run through December 30.
