Azeri people first to suffer from Baku’s lies – Deputy FM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Territorial claims on Armenia, a country with a 3000-year history, by a state which appeared on a world map about 100 years ago, are a clear proof of the agony of the hereditary authoritarian regime of Azerbaijan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia said.

In an interview with Interfax news agency, Shavarsh Kohcharyan commented on Azeri President Ilham Aliyev’s statement suggesting “Azerbaijan will stop at nothing to regain its territory.”

“An attempt to defend blatant lies poses danger to regional stability, and Azerbaijani people as well. Lies won’t help Azeri leadership avoid responsibility for aggression against Nagorno Karabakh Republic,” Kocharyan said.
